'Dynasty' redux
It happens today -- Joan Collins, Linda Evans, John Forsythe and Pamela Sue Martin will announce a Dynasty reunion show. Produced by Henry Winkler, this will be, in Miss Collins' words, "clips, kissing, hugging reminiscences!" It's interesting that the show will air over at CBS, not ABC, where the be-glitzed over-the-top nighttime soap made TV history. It also made stars of all the principals, especially Joan, a great beauty who had semi-languished careerwise until Dynasty put her on the map at age 49. During its heyday, the show aired on Wednesday nights, and the national phrase was "dinner and Dynasty!"

Wow!That's great news. I can't wait to see that. I guess all the actors still want to work together.

That would be soooo COOL!!!

I envy all those who live in the United States and have the possibility to watch this!!! Or is CBS also satellited in Europe?

YES!!!!! I just went to www.nypost.com and read the story. It is under liz smith's name. To me, it sounds like it will be the actors talking and remembering Dynasty with clips shown about the show. It doesn't sound like the first "Reunion" where they actually have a storyline. The article also talks about Joan and Linda on their "Legends" tour next year. I can't wait!!!!

More on Joan's plate: She'll be touring with "Dynasty" co-star Linda Evans in the late James Kirkwood's camp-fest, "Legends!," about two feuding movie queens. The show will kick off in Toronto, cross the United States, and hopefully end up on Broadway next spring. (Maybe the producer, Joan's adorable hubby, Percy Gibson, will throw in some business for Joan and Linda to remind fans of the good old "Dynasty" days, when Evans was apt to slug Collins in the kisser or push her into the lily pond.) But wait, there's more - Joan also has a one-woman show she'll take across England at some point. She'll talk about Marilyn, Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Richard Burton, etc., show home movies and film snippets, and generally bask in the glory of being . . . herself.

Joan is a fantastically vital 72 years young.

According to producers Michael Levitt and Henry Winkler, filming on the Reunion special is slated to take place next month. I'm assuming it will be done before Joan's "An Evening With Joan Collins" tour starts. I'll keep you updated as things progress.

Yes, there have really been confirmed the news about shooting the Dynasty Reunion in April. I shall try to set the site soon because we have again some very hot news regarding our favorite TV series, and I’ll have to find the time to make the site live again for all series fans’ sake.

I don’t know what will happen with the choice of the actors, however, I can’t let it go without appearances of John Forsythe, Linda Evans, Joan Collins, John James, Heather Locklear, Pamela Sue Martin or Emma Samms, Jack Coleman or Al Corley, Gordon Thomson, Catherine Oxenberg, Michael Nader and some other important actors.

I may be in the minority here, but of all the cast I want to see ... Karen Cellini!!!
