I know this has been asked many a time but is there any news on the Dynasty DVD release in the UK.

It's been months since the release in the USA and still there is nothing.

Even the new Dallas DVd is coming out later in the eyar over here.

So that's 2 DVd's for them and none for us UK fans of Dynasty.

I am dying to buy it.

Just buy yourself the US version and get a multi-region DVD player. Thats what I did because I couldn't wait ahahaha.

how much are the multi region thingys. Sounds expensive.

DVD's can be hacked to perform multiregion. If you go to a shop and look at the boxes some have region 2 on them(Europe) you can go online and get the code for your dvd player and programme it to multi-region, or go to a local electronic shop they sell multiregional dvd's for as little as £60. You can get a multi region DVD player for as little as £15!, Get yourself a good one so it will last, and then you can buy all sorts of DVD from the US.

I am getting one for my birthday so will order the Dynasty DVd as soon as i get paid. In 2 weeks today.

What site is the best to order from for quality and quickness.

Amazon looks good.

But shameful there has been no dvd release in UK. Any news on series 2 yet.

I got mine from amazon and had no problems. But check out www.play.com in the international section. you might be able to get it with free shipping.

I hope they release them all, and hope the packaging is good. The early series is strange as i have seen most of it but not all.

Season 1= Seen the first half.

Season 2= Seen most of it.

Season 3= Seen just a few episodes.

Season 4= Don't think i have seen any of it.

Season 5=Seen half of it(not sure about this season from what i ahve seen)

Season 6= Seen all of it.

Season 7= Seen all of it.

Season 8= Seen all of it.

Season 9= Seen all of it(the best season of all)

Reuinion= Seen all of it. (slightly disapointing.)



The first few seasons i was too young to watch it, was mainly into cartoons then. But it was repeated on UK Gold and my friend taped certain episodes for me but couldn't tape them all.

Then when season 5 was on i had got cable myself so saw them all from there on in.

So looking forward to watching them all again on DVD. I have some on video but i never taped full episodes back then and just cgot certain scenes. Looking forward to owning all of the episodes eventually.



Thinking about getting Dallas too. Liked it just not as much as Dynasty. Went off Dallas in later seasons once Pam, Lucy etc left. But like early Dynasty i mainly watched this on and off. So not sure which season is best to begin with.
