I will watch "Entertainment Tonight" this evening, but it seems like the show (which airs in the US nightly) got a statement (rather than an on-camera interview?) from John Forsythe regarding Farrah Fawcett:

"Though I did not know her well, Farrah left an indelible mark on me and the public during her one-year reign on "Charlie's Angels." She is putting up a gallant fight against this unforgiving disease and I send her my hope and prayers for a remission and a continued life, full of love and joy."

Kind words from John Forsythe. Im sure those words will provide some comfort to her, I think its terrible that she's having to go through such a horrible ordeal. It seems that cancer strikes down so many good people, ( Patrick Swayze being another ) lets hope she does indeed recover.

Glad to hear that John sent a message about Farrah. The doctors are not very optimistic. I watched Farrah's doctor from Germany on Larry King Live the other day and he said that the situation is very serious. The good thing is that she hasn't given the fight yet and believes that there will be a miracle. Let's hope.She is a fine actress.

I was saddened to hear of the tragic passing of Farrah Fawcett today. She was 62. The original Charlies Angel. What a shame.

It is a true tragedy - she was so young. John Forsythe has issued a statement to Entertainment Tonight on her passing. It is similar to his original statement a while back:

"Though I did not know her well, Farrah left an indelible mark on me and the public during her one year reign on 'Charlie's Angels.' She put up a gallant fight and I send my deepest sympathy and prayers to her family and friends."

Few people have true star quality but Farrah definetly was one of them. Rest in peace an Angel once more !
