I found the pics in an old Dutch magazine. The photographer was Pamela Bellwood, who made a series of interesting and unusual pictures with Dynasty colleagues, in a completely relaxed atmosphere on the set.

Makes me wonder what kind of relationship JF really had with his first wife, Julie. Their marriage had always been portrayed as very loving and stable, but I wonder... When a guy is raking in that kind of money, I guess a lot of women would tolerate just about anything.

I love these kinds of playful, friendly pictures of the two of them!
It just goes to show how good the chemistry was between them and that you can't 'manufacture' that kind of easy friendship they have with each other

No you're not mistaken I think it is a lollypop,I actually got this one off ebay,I thought they looked really cute together !!!This other other one must have been taken on the same day,I'm just guessing as they seem to be wearing the same clothing.In this one they look like they are rehearsing their lines together
How sweet and don't look very happy about being disturbed,I wonder what scene they were going through as they are in the "Bedroom" set resting on the chaise ?

Now this one I believe is taken in China,it was taken during a break in filming for an episode of The Love Boat.
Now according to a book written by Cherrie who was in charge of hairdressing on Dynasty and other Aaron Spelling productions.

Trivia/Fact 1

Apparently on Dynasty she use to iron/straighten John's hair every morning,(they would sing old songs together while she did it !) because it use to have a tendency to curl up which he didn't like because he said when he was young his mother use make him wear it wavy.She also said that she first met John on Batchelor Father ( which was shot in black and white ) and because his hair was jet black and his hair line was so straight,her job was to spray it with gold to make it not look so severe and mannequin like.

But sorry I'm digressing.Anyway according to Cherrie,because China wasn't very Westernised at that time and many of the poorer people hadn't seen a ship of that size let alone a film crew,that many of the children formed a sort of guard of honour for them playing music and waving them all a shore.She said everyone was very moved by it !

Trivia / Fact 2

John and Linda didn't actually appear together in the programme,I believe John's character was involved with Ursulla Andress ( Mrs John Derek 2nd ) And Linda was teamed up with Lee Majors.

But obviously they found a bit of free time to do a bit of exploring together !
