I was just wondering how you all got those wonderful icons underneath your name when you post, could anyone tell me how to do that???

I found mine somewhere, hosted it on photobucket.com and linked.

You mean the avatars?
When you press "on your own name" you'll get to your profile, and at the buttom of the page it says avatar options (or something in that style), and then you will be able to either add one from the archive, from a website or you can upload one from your computer.
Hope that was what you were asking!
