I found a mag on eBay I want but the seller only ships to US. WHY??

I want it!!!

Ask someone who lives in USA to buy it for you. And you'll pay him/her back later.

It's probably too late but my advise is to ask the seller if they can ship it outside the US... Most of the time there is no problem, just a matter of shipping/handling cost...
