This may have already been discussed and if it has, forgive me. I JUST DON'T LIKE THIS SEASON (8). I know the main reason I don't like it is because Krystle's only purpose was to support Blake in his political campaign. Krystle was one of the three major characters and I feel as though the writers just kinda forgot about her that year. I was wondering how you think the writers could have included her more. I thought of one way: Have Krystle really involved in her charity work, speaking at functions and raising money for the homeless, as well as her hard work with the campaign. Then have a mysterious stranger stalk her and this upsets Blake so much that he hires a body guard to be with her when he can't. Then this body guard begins to fall in love with her. I think it would be neat for this body guard to be several years younger than she and not want to break up their marriage, but really be taken with Krystle. Maybe it's just a dumb idea, but I was wondering what your thoughts are. And I know there a a lot of people out there who think that by this time Ms. Evans' acting had become "wooden," isn't that the word being used? WHATEVER!

I agree with you BKFan...about Krystle. But I think the main reason was because Linda Evans was ready to leave the show and they needed to find a way to write her off. I don't think they wanted to get her involved in a big storyline if she was considering leaving the show....which she was.

But I do like the "stalker/bodyguard story"...maybe you could write a story about it!

Unfortunately, the lack of involvment of Krystle in the plots began in season 5 according to me, with the birth of Krystina. Even if indeed it reaches a top in season 8.
