I was able to catch Joan Collins's appearnace in the campy prime-time trash soap drama Footballers Wive$.
It is a lot like Dynasty in many ways.

Joan plays a ruthless magazine publisher Eva DeWolfe. Her lover is a twenty-something football player. There's another woman in the show, the evil Tanya Turner who falls in love Joan's lover. Both will do anything to get what they want and things get ugly.

She appears in episodes 5 and 6 of season 5.
