Blake has been criticized for driving Alexis away. But consider that Alexis did not just have a single affair. She slept with a countless number of men. When discussing Amanda's conception, Blake indicated that he gave Alexis one more chance and during that time she slept only with him for a while. Then, he found her with Roger Grimes and that was the last straw. Also, since Blake was able to buy Grimes off and get him to incriminate Alexis, she must not have been a good judge of character back then.

But we have to remember, poor Alexis was very, very young at the time, and still had a few things to learn. Who could blame her? She was needing affection, and Blake was always away on long business trips. Had he paid a little more attention to his wife, then maybe she wouldn't have strayed...
