About 1 week to go and the book will be available. I ordered and paid for it ages ago (well, so it seems) and can hardly wait any longer!

Just wanted to let you know that if you cruise through eBay that you will find a listing for the new book. I accidentally ordered about 25 copies more than I needed and I don't want them all lying around the office so I'm putting them up. I spoke with the publisher this morning and the books are shipping out to me tomorrow. YEAH!!!

Also, are you saying that if we order the book, we automatically get a DVD? Or do we need to mention it and pay extra?
